Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act will be implemented.

Article 4 (Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information)

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.

1. Destruction Procedure

The Company selects personal information for which destruction reasons have occurred and destroys the personal information with the approval of the Company's personal information protection officer.

2. Destruction Method 

The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic file form in a way that records cannot be reproduced, and personal information recorded and stored on paper documents is destroyed by shredding with a shredder or by incineration.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information)

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

1. Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, operation of dedicated organizations

2. Technical Measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems and other related protection measures, internet network blocking measures, encryption of personal information, storage and inspection of access records, installation and updating of security programs, vulnerability inspection and improvement of personal information processing systems

3. Physical Measures: Access control to computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc., storage of documents and auxiliary storage media in safe places with locking devices, safety measures against disasters and calamities, control of export and import of auxiliary storage media

 

Article 7 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)

1. The Company uses 'cookies' to store and retrieve usage information to provide individual services and conveniences to data subjects.

2. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the server used to operate the website (https) to the data subject's browser and stored on the data subject's computer or mobile device, and are automatically transmitted from the data subject's browser to the server when accessing the website.

Article 8 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise)

Data subjects may request the Company to view, transmit, correct, delete, suspend processing, and withdraw consent for personal information at any time (hereinafter referred to as "exercise of rights").

1. Rights can be exercised against the Company through written documents, telephone, email, internet, etc., in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Company will take action without delay.

2. Rights can also be exercised through a legal representative of the data subject or a delegate such as a person who has been authorized. In this case, a power of attorney in the form specified in [Attachment 11] of the "Notice on Methods of Personal Information Processing" must be submitted.

3. The data subject's right to request access to personal information and suspension of processing may be restricted in accordance with Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.

4. Deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws.

5. The Company verifies whether the person exercising rights is the data subject or a legitimate representative.

6. Data subjects can exercise their rights with the following person in charge. The Company will respond within 10 days (without delay in case of transmission requests) from the day of receiving a request for rights exercise from a data subject.
